Vikas Kumar Sinha is a Senior Project Manager at HCL Technologies with over 15 years of total IT experience, including 10 years in IT Infrastructure Project Management and 5 years in Application Development. Vikas coordinates with Delivery Management, Service Management, and other Shared Resources during Release Planning and throughout the execution phase of the release. He prepares and maintains project quality and risk plans and tracks progress against the plans, providing regular progress reports to the customer and steering groups as appropriate.
